ABOUT US
Hands and Heart CPR provides classes that are fun and relaxed in individual and group settings. American Heart Association & Health and Safety Institute BLS and CPR / First Aid cards are issued on the same day! Family and Friends classes are available as well. Family owned and operated small businesses by a CCMA, with experience in cardiology and other healthcare settings. We also offer classes to the public at various locations where you will get hands-on practice with simulation equipment. Options available for quick private, group, and renewal available with scenarios designed to meet your needs. National travel available, email me for details. You can also do a blended class with online video and test through the AHA website, followed by an in-person skills check-off.​

Meet Lyn, owner and lead instructor at Hands And Heart CPR . A passionate CPR instructor with over 7 years of experience in teaching life-saving skills. As a certified AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION & AMERICAN SAFETY HEALTH INSTITUTE Instructor, I am dedicated to equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations. My interactive and hands-on approach to teaching ensures that participants not only grasp the techniques but also understand the importance of quick action. With a background in Cardiology as a CCMA, I bring real-world insights to my classes. Join me in a session to learn CPR and make a difference when it matters most.
Darkise has been a dedicated CPR instructor since 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare management to his training sessions. Passionate about saving lives, he goes beyond just teaching—he empowers individuals with the confidence and skills needed to respond in critical situations. Wearing multiple hats within the company, Darkise plays a key role in course scheduling, ensuring that high-quality CPR training is accessible to everyone. His engaging teaching style makes every class informative, hands-on, and inspiring. Whether training first-time learners or seasoned professionals, Darkise is committed to making a life-saving difference in his community
MISSION
We are committed to teaching life-saving skills to medical and non-medical clients. Hands and Heart CPR is in alignment with the American Heart Association and Health and Safety Institute, which ensures your training will be taught with the most current, up-to-date information and of the highest quality available. Once you complete our course, you will be confident to assist any adult, child, or infant in need of basic life support. Our training can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals and groups in any environment comfortable for learning. Classes are available to fit your individual needs and job requirements.
